The challenge

Frog Bikes, an ambitious British cycling brand, needed to establish itself in a competitive international market, differentiate its products and build demand among consumers and retail partners.

My approach

As Head of Marketing and a member of the senior leadership team, I led global brand strategy and integrated marketing across multiple international markets.

I developed differentiated brand and product propositions, led international product launches and built partnerships spanning professional sport, community organisations, retailers and brand collaborations.

The strategy connected brand awareness, PR, sponsorship, content, ecommerce and retailer marketing to create consistent messaging and support commercial growth.

The impact

Contributed to scaling the business into an award-winning international consumer brand generating approximately £15 million in annual revenue within six years, establishing a strong global presence and premium market positioning.
