Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: 29 October 2026

I want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device they use and however they access the web. The site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What has been done

  • Text and background colours are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast levels.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
  • Pages use clear headings, landmarks and labels so they work well with screen readers.
  • Images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and form messages are announced to screen readers.
  • The site works when zoomed to 400% and on small screens, without content being cut off.
  • Animations are minimal and respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.

Display options

Use the round Accessibility button in the bottom-right corner of every page to:

  • make text larger
  • switch to higher contrast
  • underline all links
  • add more space between lines, letters and words
  • use one plain font throughout
  • reduce motion

Your choices are remembered in this browser. They don't change how screen readers or other assistive technology read the site. You can also adjust text size, colours and contrast in your browser or device settings.

Known limitations

  • The booking calendar on the contact page is provided by HubSpot. I can't fully control its accessibility. If you have any difficulty, email val@vbmarketingconsulting.com and I'll arrange a time with you directly.

Feedback and contact

If you find anything on this site difficult to use, or need information in a different format, please email val@vbmarketingconsulting.com. I'll reply within two working days.
